Tyredating supports automotive and tire industry professionals with tailor-made e-commerce solutions. Managing complex product catalogs, the company has to maintain complete, reliable product data sheets tailored to the expectations of distributors and end customers.

Problems encountered

With a high volume of references, Tyredating faced several challenges:

Many product sheets are incomplete, with missing information such as marketing descriptions or technical specifications.
Often heterogeneous data from different sources, requiring harmonization.
A constant need toget new products online faster, without compromising quality.

Manual processing of these files required considerable resources, particularly for writing descriptive content and standardizing technical attributes.

Our Algocat solution

To meet these challenges, we have deployed a solution combining several approaches:

Automatic generation of product titles and descriptions thanks to generative AI, for each missing reference.
Extraction and structuring of technical attributes from manufacturers' websites.
Standardization of data to guarantee catalog consistency, according to the reference system used by Tyredating.

These processes are integrated into Akeneo thanks to our Algocat x Akeneo connector, making it possible to quickly correct existing files, while automating the processing of new references.
